Jay is a native of Whitmire, SC, and a recent Paul Mitchell graduate. As Phase II Salon Manager for the school, he gained hands-on experience in overseeing the salon's daily operations and supervising the salon's Future Professionals, and has also assisted Martin Parson, the world-renowned stylist known for his fabulous up-do's. Upon graduation, he received honors in the following programs: Design Team Co-Captain, Take-Home Team, Student Council, and Be Nice or Else.
